By accessing and using Falcon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Falcon provides AI-powered website risk intelligence services through our API platform. Our services include:

• Domain risk analysis and scoring
• Real-time threat detection
• Risk intelligence reporting
• API access and documentation

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal or harmful activities
• Exceed your allocated API rate limits
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Billing and Payment

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• You authorize automatic billing to your payment method
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Update or modify our services
• Temporarily suspend services for technical reasons
• Implement security measures that may affect access

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Falcon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit through our services, but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide our services.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
